Blisters are fluid-filled sacs that form on the skin due to friction, burns, or other damage. They act as a protective barrier for the underlying skin.

## First Aid for Blisters

1. Small Blisters: Clean the area, cover with a sterile dressing, and avoid popping the blister to reduce the risk of infection.
2. Large Blisters: If the blister is painful or likely to burst, clean the area with antiseptic, sterilize a needle, and gently puncture the blister to drain the fluid. Apply an antiseptic ointment and cover with a sterile dressing.
